上星期德州地方法院受理一件告訴，告訴內容為Intertainer主張他們擁有網路影片的相關專利，而Apple、Google與Napster均涉及侵害該專利權。

系爭專利內容大致為：透過網路或是電視頻道，從不同內容供應商處，針對使用者發送不同影音內容。Intertainer宣稱此專利在2001年申請，並於2005年通過審核。

Apple去年開始在iTunes上販賣影片，並大有斬獲。
Google同時有自家的Google video 與剛買下的YouTube，這也是眾所皆知。
至於Napster則是P2P網路音樂共享的老祖宗，不過現在金盆洗手，從良賣版權音樂了。

反倒是Intertainer是家怎樣的公司？

據報導該公司的原始股東有：Comcast、Intel、Microsoft、Sony與GE。
其中Sony、Microsoft均分別各自與Apple、Google有交雜糾結在一起的新仇舊恨，情節之複雜、體系之龐大實在難以一言以蔽之。
不過我們都是善良無知老百姓，要相信MS與Sony都是正派公司，不會用派系人馬搞這種下三爛的鬥爭。

回頭看Intertainer這家公司主要服務是提供網路影音串流服務，但卻於2002年終止業務，並對其內容供應商提出告訴，主張它的製片公司們對它收取不合理的版權費用、或故意不授權，以圖利它的競爭對手。該訴訟也正在審理當中。

小弟去年曾經為文多篇，批評荒謬且過度樂觀的創業夢

尤其是許多的網路創業鼓吹者，頻頻犯下「Everything should be Internetlized.（一切都得網路化）」的錯誤。

2007年第一天，New York Times一篇「In Silicon Valley, the Race Is On to Trump Google」報導，說明現今矽谷裡一堆冒出來的新興搜尋引擎公司，充滿野心地要向Google挑戰。

其中一段描述，對最近網路世界的泡沫十分貼切：

「These ambitious quests reflect the renewed optimism sweeping technology centers like Silicon Valley and fueling a nascent Internet boom. It also shows how much the new Internet economy resembles a planetary system where everything and everyone orbits around search in general, and around Google in particular.
Silicon Valley is filled with start-ups whose main business proposition is to be bought by Google, or for that matter by Yahoo or Microsoft. Countless other start-ups rely on Google as their primary driver of traffic or on Google’s powerful advertising system as their primary source of income. Virtually all new companies compete with Google for scarce engineering talent. And divining Google’s next move has become a fixation for scores of technology blogs and a favorite parlor game among technology investors.」

2006年就隨著101大樓那個滿是煙，看不到煙火的絢爛中結束啦！（我是從大安森林公園角度看過去的）

而小弟也稍微回顧一下本站今年的發展：

之前【毓毓的窩】都是在Apple的.Mac空間裡面，以純HTML格式撰寫。
好處是Google搜尋我都能排在最前面，幾乎所有頁面都被各大搜尋引擎納入；但壞處在於備份不易、搜尋不易且小氣八拉的Apple .Mac給的頻寬太小！

於是乎2006年4月我毅然決然租了網址和虛擬空間，搬到現在這個位於美國的服務商主機中。

幸運的是人氣沒有從此煙消雲散，反而受到點支持逐漸累積讀者（當然跟有名的大站，如：彎彎、Mr.6，還差得太遠啦！）。

本站2006年4月時總到站人數：1,040人、總瀏覽頁為3,138、平均每日148訪客。（4月下旬搬遷完成）
到12月時總到站人數已經成長到65,500多人，總瀏覽頁數為137,000多頁，平均每日訪客為2,114人。
